1 Head of cauliflower
Break into medium/small pieces
1-2 c. water in pressure cooker
Cook on high until steaming, lower heat and steam for 7 to 10 minutes until cauliflower is very soft
Puree cooked cauliflower in blender/food processor until super creamy, add salt and pepper to taste w/ 1 tbl. Ghee (or more)
Parsnips and rutabagas can be added if desired
