TURKEY BREAST

1 Turkey breast w/ bone

  • Make pocket in under skin for veggies and spices
  • 1 Small sliced yellow onion

    1 Chote sliced squash

    4 Cloves chopped garlic

    Lightly Saute w/ coconut oil, celtra salt, and pepper to taste and place under turkey skin with:

    Fresh basil, thyme, oregano, and/ terragon

    Cook covered at 350° for 30 minutes

    Uncovered for 30 more minutes
